The CRA is committed to protecting your privacy.
We ensure that the personal information you give to us is kept secure and confidential, that there is no unauthorised access to it, and that its use is always governed by this Privacy Policy, the General Data Protection Regulation 2018 and the Privacy and Electronic Communications Regulations 2003.

The information we collect
As a member of the CRA, we ask you to give us personal information to keep in contact with you and process any payments. This may include your name, address, billing address, email address and telephone number. This information will enable us to fulfil your membership and to notify you of the status of your membership, and to resolve possible queries about your membership.

We do not hold your credit or debit card details in our computer system at any stage
We process payments through checks, standing orders, Paypal or a credit/ debit card terminal without retaining your information in our records.

We undertake to review the personal information you have given us periodically to ensure it is still current and you are happy for us to hold it.

When you give us personal information, we record it in an electronic form and it has appropriate protection from loss, and from unauthorised access or change.
